MommyCon is a nationwide convention series dedicated to creating and nurturing a community of parents and parents-to-be in celebration of natural parenting.

MommyCon takes a gentle and positive approach to educating parents about the emotional and physical benefits of natural birthing, breastfeeding and babywearing. We advocate values of holistic health, eco-friendly diapering, child safety standards and procedures, and female self-care and wellness. Our mission is to create a community of support, acceptance and non-judgement for parents journeying through parenthood.

Saturday sessions: 9:00am-4:00pm
Saturday exhibitor hours: 9:00am-3:00pm
 
Hotel Information: Our room block will be at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin  Downtown/Convention Center (300 E. 4th St, Austin, TX 78701). Rates start at just $179 per night. You can book your room by clicking here. Reservations will be available until May 11, 2017 or until the room block sells out.

Parking:  You can reserve parking nearby in advance using Parking Panda. Use the code "MOMMYCON17" for a special discounted rate! Parking is also available adjacent to the convention center starting at $15 per car per day.

Food Options: The convention center will have food available for purchase. Additionally, Austin is full of fantastic food options just steps from the venue. For some suggestions of great places to eat in Austin with children, click here. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own food and snacks.

How registration works: Show us your ticket on your phone, or as a print out, and we will get you your badge at registration. You can come and go as you please once you have your attendee badge.

Who should attend: New and expectant parents and those that have toddlers. Our sessions focus on the first five years of a child's life and advice for parents of every stage.

Stroller policy: Strollers are welcome at the event. However, we will ask for strollers to be folded if crowding becomes an issue.

Donations: We have teamed up with Share the Love for cloth diaper donations and The Carrying On Project for baby carrier donations. Both of these organizations take new and used items to give to families in need. Share the Love provides cloth diapers to families who could not otherwise afford them, and the Carrying On Project provides baby carriers to military families.

Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred at any time by emailing your e-ticket to the new attendee.
